SEXUAL DIFFICULTIES
Common sexual difficulites include:

Low Sexual Desire, Libido or Sex Drive
“Sex Addiction” and worries about a high sex drive
Differences in desire between partners
Early, premature or delayed ejaculation
Difficulties with Orgasm

Assessment of sexual difficulties
Being both a GP, sexual medicine specialist and sex and relationship therapist, I look at the whole picture, including:
Medical & hormonal factors
Psychological factors
Your sexual & erotic world
Relationships
Your wider life & your life history
Expectations and social norms around sex
Sometimes this involves further investigations such as:
Blood tests
Imaging such as ultrasound, CT and MRI scans
Monitoring of erection health with an overnight sensor
Sometimes an initial assessment makes it clear no further medical investigation is needed
Treatment of sexual difficulties
I can explore with you the full range of treatment options, both medical and non-medical including:
A non-judgemental, accepting, sex positive space. Just having supportive space to explore the difficulties you’ve been having can be hugely beneficial.

Use of hormones - testosterone therapy (TTh /TRT)
Use of injections - caverject or invicorp
Use of locally applied treatment - hormone gels, urethral cream, sprays
